Audio Dropout Issue on VoIP Softphone

We have developed a softphone using Janus and deployed it on Azure. Calls made using the Azure deployment were successful, and the setup is working as expected on our end. However, we are now facing a new issue where we experience intermittent audio dropouts on calls made through our softphone connected to your cloud PBX test server, and we'd like your help investigating this. Issue summary: - During active calls, we hear audio blackouts lasting approximately 1 to 3 seconds. - These dropouts occur at random intervals throughout the call. - The issue is especially noticeable when call recording is initiated — there's a consistent audio disruption around the time recording starts. - The problem is intermittent and not tied to any specific caller, network, or endpoint. What we've ruled out so far: - Network conditions on our end have been stable during testing. - The behavior persists across different browsers and machines. Expected Outcome: Resolution of the call ‘audio blackout’ issue explained above.
