Audio Editor / Podcast Editor

I’m looking for an experienced audio editor who specializes in professional dialogue mixing for video. One of our 5-minute videos was rejected by a media platform because the dialogue was too low and inconsistent. I need the dialogue to sound natural, clear and consistent, with levels between **-12 dB and -6 dB** throughout the video. You must: * have proven experience mixing dialogue for video * understand compression, limiting, EQ, loudness meters and volume automation * properly balance dialogue, music and sound effects * verify all audio levels before delivery * use DaVinci Resolve/Fairlight or Adobe Premiere Pro/Audition **CapCut alone is not sufficient.** I need someone who understands professional audio mixing, not someone who will simply increase the overall volume. When applying, please explain how you would fix and verify low and inconsistent dialogue, and send relevant examples of your audio-mixing work. This is an ongoing position for the right audio editor.
