**PCB Layout — Analog Audio + Mixed-Signal Consumer Device** Looking for an experienced PCB designer to take a fully documented schematic to a production-ready 2-layer layout for a compact consumer audio product. **The board includes:** - True analog noise core: BZX84-C6V2 zener + 2× NE5532 high-gain amp stages (80 dB total gain — layout is noise-critical) - THAT2180 VCA with ICL7660S charge pump for bipolar supply - TL072 Sallen-Key variable low-pass filter + Wien bridge LFO - AP3012 5V→9V boost converter with mandatory π post-filter - PAM8302A mono Class-D output stage with LC speaker filter - RP2040 MCU + PCM5102A I2S DAC + W25Q256JV SPI NOR flash (USB Mass Storage via USB-C) - USB-C power + data (dual-purpose), PRTR5V0U2X ESD protection - Single RGB LED + tactile button UI **Critical requirements:** - Star-point (Kelvin) grounding with hard AGND/DGND split — this is non-negotiable for a design with 80 dB of gain adjacent to a switching supply - AP3012 switching node loop must be minimized; analog gain stages must be physically isolated from the power zone - ENIG finish, all SMT components top-side only, targeting JLCPCB assembly - CPL rotation must be validated against JLCPCB's pick-and-place reference prior to delivery - Per-IC decoupling placement must be completed before any autorouting passes **Deliverables:** - EasyEDA Pro project file (preferred) or KiCad - Verified Gerbers, drill file, BOM (with LCSC part numbers), and CPL file ready for JLCPCB upload - DRC clean, JLCPCB Gerber viewer verified - Brief layout review note explaining grounding decisions and any component placement trade-offs made.
