Audio Post-Production Editor & YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

We are looking for a reliable Audio Post-Production Editor and YouTube Thumbnail Designer for a new confession-style YouTube channel. You will receive raw audio files and be responsible for turning them into polished, upload-ready episodes. The work will include: Audio cleanup, noise reduction, microphone balancing, and mastering Manually censoring profanity with professional bleep effects Adding appropriate funny, dramatic, or pop-culture sound effects Editing mistakes, microphone checks, and natural reactions into a bloopers/outtakes segment Creating one custom, highly clickable 16:9 YouTube thumbnail for each episode Maintaining consistent quality and branding across the channel Delivering completed files within the agreed deadline The episodes will usually be around 30 minutes long, with approximately 4–6 episodes per month. This is intended to be a long-term monthly position. The salary range is ₦137,000 to ₦164,409 per month, depending on experience, portfolio quality, reliability, and the level of service provided. Applicants should have experience in audio post-production, YouTube content editing, sound design, and thumbnail creation.
