Audio Producer & Editor (Long-Term, AI Voice + Music Production)

We're looking for a talented audio producer to join our team on a long-term basis. We create premium spoken-word wellness content and need someone who can consistently produce polished, calming, professional audio. This is an ongoing position with steady monthly work for the right person. Responsibilities: - Edit AI-generated voice recordings into polished final tracks - Mix and master spoken-word audio - Create or source relaxing background music that complements the narration - Balance voice and music for a premium listening experience - Remove unwanted artifacts, breaths, clicks, or distracting sounds when necessary - Export high-quality WAV and MP3 files - Organize project files and maintain a consistent workflow - Make revisions based on feedback Preferred Experience: We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with: Meditation or mindfulness content - Podcast editing - Audiobooks - Wellness or self-improvement audio - AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs - Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Reaper, Pro Tools, or similar software What We're Looking For: - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Reliable turnaround times - Ability to maintain consistent audio quality across many projects - Someone looking for a long-term working relationship To Apply: Please include: - Examples of spoken-word audio you've produced - Examples of background music you've created or used - What software you primarily use - Whether you've worked with AI-generated voices - Your hourly rate - Your availability each week
