Audio / Video Editor Needed for Short Meditation Clips (~10 Mins)

We are looking for a detail-oriented audio editor to master a small batch of meditation clips (3–4 separate files totaling about 10 minutes of audio). This is a paid trial project. If this goes well, we plan to collaborate on at least one project a week with the right person going forward as we scale our content library. Because this is meditation content, the editing style requires a strong sense of pacing, atmosphere, and technical precision. We need someone who understands how to create a deeply relaxing auditory experience. The voiceovers will be provided by a professional voice actor, so your main focus will be on audio enhancement, pacing, and adding the right background ambiance / sound effects. Key Responsibilities: - Audio Enhancement & Cleanup: Remove any minor blemishes (mouth clicks, harsh breaths) from the professional voiceover recordings, equalize the sound, and ensure high-quality mastering. - Background Music (AI Generation & Approval): Source or generate highly relaxing, ambient background music to sit beneath the voiceovers. Ideally, you are comfortable using AI music generation tools to create original, legally usable (royalty-free/commercial rights) background tracks. Note: We will need to approve the background music you create/source before you mix it with the voiceovers. - Audio Pacing: Ensure natural, relaxing gaps between spoken phrases to maximize the meditative experience. Requirements: - Strong understanding of English (crucial for accurately pacing the voiceover). - Proficiency in professional audio software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or equivalent). - High attention to detail regarding audio frequencies, volume consistency, and pacing. Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Major Plus): - Prior experience creating meditation or exercise-related audio/video files. - Experience generating or working with highly realistic AI voices (as we may experiment with AI-generated voiceovers in the future). - Basic video editing skills. (This will start as audio editing work, but we expect to need help editing videos in the future, too) Budget & Project Scope: - Project Type: Paid trial. We anticipate this initial project will require an hour or two of work. We probably won't be able to start the trial for another week or two but are seeking candidates now. Future Scope: At least one project per week for the right candidate. Deliverable: 3–4 fully mastered, separate audio files (totaling approximately 10 minutes).
