AI Audio & Video Production Expert

We want to see your actual process and the AI tools you use in action. Applications without a recording will not be reviewed. We're looking for an expert in AI-powered audio and video production to help us elevate our content workflow and output. This is a hands-on role: you will both design the AI-enabled production workflows AND do the actual production and editing work yourself. We need someone who can build the system and also execute within it. About the role: You'll advise our team on how to integrate modern AI tools across the audio and video pipeline, from pre-production through final delivery, and you'll also roll up your sleeves to produce and edit content directly. We want someone who has done this in the real world and can translate that experience into practical recommendations, repeatable processes, and finished, polished work. What you'll do: - Build and document AI-enabled audio/video production workflows our team can reuse - Do hands-on production and editing work yourself, delivering finished audio and video - Assess our current audio/video production workflow and identify where AI can add the most value - Recommend and help evaluate AI tools for video generation, editing, upscaling, voice synthesis, audio cleanup, dubbing, and transcription - Advise on best practices for prompt design, model selection, and quality control - Provide hands-on guidance and knowledge transfer through working sessions What we're looking for: - Proven expertise in AI audio and video production (please share relevant work or a portfolio) - Someone who can both create the workflows and personally execute the production/editing work - Deep familiarity with current AI tools for video and audio (e.g., generative video, AI voice, audio enhancement, automated editing) - Strong background in traditional video/audio editing and production fundamentals - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly - A consultative, solutions-oriented, get-it-done approach Engagement details: - Hands-on role combining workflow creation with direct production work, expected to run roughly 1 to 3 months - Hourly, part-time, with flexible scheduling - Remote / worldwide To apply, please include: (1) your required screen-recording video, (2) examples of relevant AI audio/video work, (3) a short note on the tools you specialize in, and (4) your approach to an engagement like this one.
