Audio-Visual Equipment Setup Expert

I am seeking an expert in audio-visual equipment to help me with several issues I'm having with my audio-visual setup used for recording my training events. Issues include: 1. Inconsistent camera focus. 2. Improving overall audio experience. 3. Overall optimization of video camera recording experience for the viewer. For each of these issues, I can show you actual examples if that'd help. Equipment I'm using includes: 3 a6400 cameras, Rode Wireless Go2 mics, a Shure microphone system, and a Roadcaster Pro II platform. Goal is to produce high-quality training content for my YouTube channel, while also providing an overall decent experience for my live viewers who will watch the training on a streaming basis.
