Augmented Reality Filter for Social Media

I am preparing to launch a first pop music single, and looking for a custom filter to be made for videos that will post to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. The filter should have a subtle iridescent sheen to align with the brand name of Opal Katana. I've attached a photo of a woman with an iridescent sheen as a reference, but the effect would be more subtle and should be designed in a way where it gives my content a cohesive aesthetic but does not distract from the content itself. My content launches in one month. I want it to be an opalescent/irredescent subtle sheen around the edges and a little on the skin, also smoothing affect on the skin.
