Australian Appointment Setter, Cold Calls to Cosmetic Clinic Owners (Remote, Immediate Start)

Commission only. AUD $150 for every call you book, paid weekly, uncapped. Remote, anywhere in Australia. Immediate start. We're after two appointment setters. A quick bit on us first. Kymora is an Australian business and we help cosmetic and skin clinics get their past patients back through the door. THE JOB Those clinics are who you'd be calling. Skin clinics, cosmetic clinics and medi spas around the country. You'd speak to whoever picks up, work out a good time to get the owner on the phone, and book them into a 15 minute call with us. You never have to sell anything, quote a price or negotiate. Booking the call is the whole job. Every call gets logged in a shared tracker. WHAT YOU GET GIVEN The call list, the script, training and a business phone number are all handed to you. Nothing to build and nothing to write yourself. THE PAY Commission only. There is no hourly rate and no minimum. AUD $150 for every call you book, paid weekly. Uncapped, so there's no limit on how many you can book. We're looking for people who can get to at least 10 bookings a week. If you need a guaranteed wage, this one is not for you. That's the starting rate too. If you're good at it there's room to move into closing the calls yourself down the track, which pays a good bit more. HOURS Yours to pick, anywhere between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. WHO WE'RE AFTER You'll need to have done phone sales or appointment setting before. If you've also worked in a salon, clinic or medi spa, even better, because you'll already know the language the owners use. Confident on the phone with Australian business owners. Organised and reliable with call backs. Able to follow a script and a process. THE DETAILS Based in Australia. Contractor role, paid on invoice. You'll need an ABN, which is free and takes about 15 minutes to set up. Your own smartphone, reliable internet and a quiet place to call from. HOW TO APPLY Answer the screening questions, and include a short voice recording (60 seconds is plenty) of you introducing yourself as if a clinic receptionist has just picked up. Proposals without the recording won't be shortlisted. Proposals reviewed daily. Shortlisted people get a short phone interview this week.
