Australian Employment Law/ Contract Review

I'm looking for a qualified Australian employment solicitor to draft and/or review a small number of employment contract clauses for a commercial sales role based in Australia. The work is focused and well-scoped; I'm not looking for full contract drafting, just expert input on specific clauses. Draft a commission and bonus clause incorporating a draw-against-commission (salary recovery) mechanism Include appropriate discretion standard language and a post-termination payment carve-out Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009, including general protections provisions Review an existing draft clause and provide tracked-change redline or written comments (optional, if applicable) Requirements Admitted as a solicitor in an Australian state or territory Demonstrable experience in employment contract drafting, particularly variable pay and commission structures Current professional indemnity insurance Please include your state of admission and a brief note on relevant experience in your proposal Timeline and budget Turnaround needed within 5–7 business days.
