Job Title: Cold Caller & Research Assistant (Healthcare) I’m looking for someone who is fluent in English with excellent communication skills to help me contact hospitals and clinics across Australia. Responsibilities: * Cold call hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. * Speak with Medical Workforce, Medical Recruitment, HR, or relevant departments. * Gather specific information according to my instructions. * Compile all information into a well-organised Excel or Google Sheets worksheet. * Keep accurate records of calls, contacts, email addresses, and outcomes. * Provide regular feedback and updates on progress. * Follow up with hospitals when required. Requirements: * Fluent spoken and written English. * Confident and professional phone manner. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with cold calling. * Good internet connection and a quiet place to make calls. * Attention to detail and ability to organise data accurately. Deliverables: * A complete spreadsheet containing all requested information. * Daily or weekly progress reports. * Feedback on responses, common trends, and recommendations.
