Australian Healthtech Lawyer for Startup

Budget is not decided yet - hence i left it empty. We are seeking an experienced lawyer to advise on healthtech and mobile app regulations in Australia. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant laws and providing legal guidance to our startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian legal system and experience in healthtech and mobile applications. What we need help with, roughly in this order: We Company/group structuring advice confidentiality agreement A founder/shareholder agreements IP assignment agreements for contractors and developers Onboarding health professionals as subcontractors onto our platform, including contractor agreements, scope of practice, professional indemnity and registration checks, and all associated legal and regulatory requirements for engaging them a privacy policy for an app handling sensitive personal information, app terms and conditions, and clinical governance/regulatory advice as we bring health professionals onto the platform
