Project Title: AutoCAD Conceptual Site Layout & 3D Massing Model (Feasibility Study) Overview: Looking for an experienced CAD drafter to convert an architectural survey map into digitized AutoCAD (.DWG) source files and build a preliminary 3D massing model for a multi-lot conceptual study (Lots 5-1, 6, and 9), Parcel Dimensions & Site Parameters: • Lot 5-1: 25 ft x 40 ft (1,000 sq ft footprint) — 3D massing height up to 65 ft. • Lot 6: 25 ft x 100 ft (2,500 sq ft footprint) — 3D massing height up to 65 ft. • Lot 9: 115 ft x 37.5 ft (4,312.5 sq ft footprint) — 3D massing height up to 45 ft. Key Layout Requirements: 1. Digitize exact parcel boundaries from the provided survey map image into AutoCAD. 2. Model Lot 9 (115 ft x 37.5 ft) as shared vehicular driveway corridor and maneuvering aisle connecting through Lot 6. 3. Show preliminary 2D building footprints for Lots 5-1, 6, and 9. 4. Generate 3D massing models reflecting the 65 ft and 45 ft height envelopes. Deliverables Required: • Fully editable, scaled AutoCad source file (.DWG). • PDF presentation sheets (2D Site Plan + 3D Massing views).
