AutoCAD Drafting Site Layout with site Design

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD designer to assist with producing a complete, code‑compliant commercial site plan and building permit drawing set for the Becker project located in League City, Texas. The project involves preparing clean, accurate CAD drawings based on redlines, sketches, markups, and reference materials already in hand. Scope of Work The selected CAD designer will be responsible for: Drafting and organizing a full commercial site plan in AutoCAD Preparing floor plan, roof plan, exterior elevations, and building sections as needed Incorporating City of League City UDC requirements, setbacks, parking counts, and site data Updating drawings based on markups, corrections, and coordination notes Ensuring all drawings meet IBC/IRC, local amendments, and standard permitting requirements Producing clean, professional PDF sheets suitable for municipal permit submission Maintaining consistent layers, lineweights, annotation styles, and title block formatting Required Skills Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) Ability to read and interpret architectural sketches, markups, and field notes Experience preparing permit-ready drawing sets Understanding of site planning, zoning, and basic code compliance Ability to work efficiently and communicate clearly Deliverables AutoCAD DWG files (organized and editable) PDF permit sheets (24x36 or 22x34) Final coordinated drawing set ready for submission to the City of League City Additional Information I will provide all sketches, markups, measurements, and reference documents.
