AutoCAD & Revit Drafter | Rendering & MEP Coordination

We are seeking an Architect skilled in preparing architectural plans and detailed technical drawings, with a strong understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). The ideal candidate will ensure that all architectural designs properly integrate MEP requirements and meet project standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Proficiency in 3DSMAX, Corona, Photoshop for rendering The role involves: - Creating architectural plans and detailed technical drawings - Integrating and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements into all designs - Ensuring outputs align with project specifications and building standards - Interpreting project requirements and translating them into accurate, functional designs - Collaborating with the team to support efficient project execution - Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit for drafting. - Utilizing 3DSMAX, Corona, Photoshop for rendering Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM EST Rate: $6–$9 per hour
