About Us We are an education consulting firm working with schools, principals, and education leaders across India. We conduct school audits, teacher training programs, leadership workshops, and strategic consulting projects. As our client base has grown, many of our internal processes are still manual, and we are looking for someone to help us automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. Current Challenges Currently our team spends significant time on: - Following up with school leads via email and WhatsApp - Tracking client conversations across spreadsheets - Scheduling meetings with school leaders - Preparing project status reports - Managing workshop registrations - Sending reminders for training sessions - Collecting feedback forms and consolidating results - Updating project trackers manually - Most of these processes are managed through Google Sheets, Gmail, and WhatsApp. What We Need We are looking for someone who can: - Review our current workflows - Identify opportunities for automation - Design and implement automated workflows - Integrate our existing tools - Create dashboards and reporting systems - Reduce manual administrative work - Desired Automations Potential examples include: Lead Management - Capture website inquiries automatically - Assign leads to consultants - Send automated follow-up emails - Track lead status - Client Onboarding Automatically generate onboarding forms - Create project folders - Send welcome emails - Assign internal tasks - Workshop Management Registration collection - Confirmation emails - Reminder sequences - Attendance tracking - Reporting Automated client progress reports - Dashboard creation - Weekly management summaries - Existing Tools We currently use: - Gmail - Google Workspace - Google Sheets - Zoom - WhatsApp - Calendly - Open to recommendations on additional tools. Deliverables - Workflow audit - Automation roadmap - Implemented workflows - Documentation - Training for our team - Preferred Skills Business Process Automation - n8n - Zapier - Make.com - CRM Implementation - AI Agents - Google Workspace Automation - API Integrations - Workflow Design Budget Approx. budget $250-300.
