Automate Employee Scheduling with Google Calendar, Make and any other automation tools.

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to help us automate the organization of employee schedules based on bookings and availability. We do boat tours. We have 5 boats, and 6 pilots. We use Bokun as a booking platform (which has it's own API, accessible with our account). Each boat has it's own Google Calendar, each booking should be randomly assigned to each boat. I want the tours to be assigned to pilots on their own Google Calendar, making sure "off time" of pilots are respected, tours are logically condensed for pilots (if a pilot has a tour early in the day, the next tour assigned for him shouldn't be in the evening for instance). I want each pilots to have about the same numbers of tours over a month. Tours are sometimes postponed or canceled due to the weather, this needs to be taken into account (postponements will be managed manually). I want to be able to manually make modifications after tours are assigned without running into issues with your script/tool (so if I make a manual modification, it is not modified or reverted by your tool). Let me know what tool you will be using for this, your timeline and price. Price listed is indicative, somewhat flexible if you are extra qualified. The project was already done by another freelancer, who unfortunately left without any news. I would prefer not using ChatGPT or other LLMs so the assignement logics are alaways the same. A backoffice needs to be done so we can easily re-assign bookings, see stats for each boat/pilots.
