Automate Photo Editing Workflow

I run a photography and marketing agency handling automotive dealership photos. We process approximately 28,000 Sony ARW RAW files per month across multiple clients. I need a developer to build a fully automated pipeline that requires zero human involvement once set up. The workflow: 1. Photographer uploads RAW files to a Dropbox folder 2. System automatically detects new files 3. Applies the correct XMP color preset per client 4. Exports finished JPEGs to a Dropbox output folder 5. Moves original RAWs to an archive folder Runs 24/7 in the cloud. I already have XMP presets built per client. I am open to any solution you recommend, Python script, cloud server, Lightroom automation, or anything else that works reliably at this scale.
