Automated Personalized Video Generator

We are looking for an automation developer to build a simple workflow that generates personalized videos for schools. This is NOT a custom software project. I already have: A completed demo video Branding A database of schools School logos I simply want to automate the personalization. When I add a school to a Google Sheet (or Airtable), I want the system to automatically generate a personalized introduction and attach my existing demo video. Example: The intro screen should display: School logo School name The voiceover should say something similar to: "Here's a quick overview of how TuitionPay could help St. Joseph Catholic School families save on tuition." After that 5–8 second introduction, my existing demo video should play unchanged. Input Data Google Sheet columns: School Name Logo URL (or image) Optional spoken school name Automation Requirements The system should: Read a row from Google Sheets. Generate a short AI voiceover using the school name. Replace the school name and logo in a reusable intro template. Combine the intro with my existing demo video. Export an MP4. Upload the finished video to Google Drive (or Vimeo if easier). Write the video link back into the spreadsheet. Preferred Tools Open to recommendations, but I expect something similar to: Google Sheets Make.com or Zapier Creatomate (or similar) ElevenLabs (or similar) I am open to equivalent tools if they simplify the workflow. Deliverables Fully working automation Easy-to-edit template Documentation (or a short Loom video) showing me how to use it Ability to generate hundreds of personalized videos using my spreadsheet Important This should be built so I can easily change: Intro text Voice Demo video Logo without needing a developer.
