Role: AI Automation Advisor / Workflow Builder for Specialist Recruitment Business I run a specialist recruitment and workforce solutions business in Australia focused on telecommunications, technology, data centres, and energy infrastructure. We are already using AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and I have started building internal workflows, prompts and process improvements. However, I now need a regular external partner who can help us move faster and turn these ideas into practical systems the team can actually use. I am looking for someone who can work with me on an ongoing basis to: Identify manual, repetitive or low-value work across our recruitment process Build practical AI workflows, automations, prompts, templates and reusable “skills” Help standardise how our team uses AI across sourcing, research, candidate outreach, client updates, interview preparation, proposals and business development Improve internal processes using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft 365, JobAdder, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Help document workflows so they are easy for a small team to adopt Act as both an advisor and executor — not just suggesting ideas, but helping build and implement them This is not a generic automation project. I want someone who can understand how a recruitment business works and help us remove manual load while improving speed, quality and consistency. The ideal person will have experience with some or all of the following: AI workflow design Prompt engineering Recruitment, sales, operations or CRM workflows Zapier, Make, n8n or similar automation tools Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive workflows CRM or ATS process automation Building reusable AI assistants, agents, templates or structured prompt systems Process mapping and documentation The work will likely include: Reviewing our current recruitment process Identifying high-impact automation opportunities Building practical workflows and tools Creating repeatable AI prompt libraries and team playbooks Helping me develop better leadership, sales and recruitment enablement systems Supporting ongoing improvements as the business evolves I am looking for someone reliable, commercially minded and hands-on. You do not need to be perfect, but you do need to be curious, practical and able to execute. This would suit someone offshore who is looking for a regular ongoing engagement rather than a one-off task.
