AI Automation Architect Needed to Build Executive Operations & Communications System

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Architect to design and implement an AI-powered Executive Operations & Communications System for a management and technology consulting firm. Our goal is to reduce executive administrative workload, improve responsiveness, automate repetitive business processes, and create a scalable AI-enabled operating environment. The ideal consultant will help us evaluate business workflows, recommend the appropriate technology stack, and implement practical AI solutions for: • Calendar and scheduling automation Email management and response assistance • AI voice assistant and appointment scheduling • Client inquiry capture and follow-up workflows • Project and workflow management • CRM evaluation and integration • Research, briefing, and document-generation workflows • Social media content assistance The client currently uses Microsoft technologies and AI tools, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude. We are open to recommendations regarding additional platforms and integrations. We are looking for a strategic consultant who understands AI automation, executive operations, workflow optimization, and business process design.
