Automation Architect Needed to Systemize Client Reporting, AI Agent Deployment & Agency Operation

Overview I am looking for an experienced automation architect to help solve several operational bottlenecks inside a marketing and consulting business. The goal is not simply to build automations. The goal is to create repeatable systems that reduce manual workload, increase client capacity, and make service delivery more scalable. Current Challenges 1. Client Reporting A significant amount of time is being spent manually gathering data, creating reports, and delivering updates to clients. I want a system that can automatically pull data from multiple sources, generate client-facing reports, and distribute them with minimal manual involvement. 2. AI Agent / Chatbot Delivery We build custom AI solutions for clients, but the process currently requires too much manual setup. I need a framework that allows us to: * Reuse existing workflows * Reuse prompts and knowledge structures * Reduce onboarding time * Deploy new client solutions faster * Create a standardized implementation process 3. Personal Brand & Content Operations Content creation, scheduling, and publishing are currently fragmented and inconsistent. I am looking for automation around: * Content workflow management * Scheduling * Distribution * Repurposing content * Performance tracking 4. Internal Operations I want to identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual work throughout the business and create a more efficient operational system.
