We already have GoHighLevel (GHL) and Make.com infrastructure in place. Now, we are looking for a high-level automation agency (not freelancers) that can manage, improve, and scale our backend systems — including advanced AI automations, chatbots, and voice agents. This is a long-term partnership opportunity with recurring revenue and multi-business scaling. --- ### 💼 Scope of Work Core Backend: - Maintain and optimize GHL + Make.com systems - Build workflows, automations, and backend logic - Implement new features, fixes, and add-ons quickly Advanced AI Automation (IMPORTANT): - AI chatbot integrations (e.g., WAPI/WhatsApp-style automation, website chatbots) - AI voice agents (inside GHL + external integrations) - Browser-based automations (scraping, task automation, extensions, etc.) - API-based AI workflows (OpenAI, automation pipelines) - End-to-end automation connecting CRM → chatbot → voice → follow-ups We expect your team to understand how modern AI automation ecosystems work together, not just isolated tools. --- ### ⚙️ Tech Stack (Current + Expected Knowledge) - GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, workflows, triggers) - Make.com (advanced scenarios, multi-step automations) - AI tools (OpenAI, chatbot logic, automation flows) - WhatsApp/API automation (WAPI or similar tools) - Voice AI / call automation systems - Browser automation tools (headless automation, scraping, etc.) --- ### 📈 Growth Opportunity - Start with 1 business - Scale to multiple (up to 10) based on performance - Long-term recurring partnership --- ### ✅ Requirements (Strict) - Must be an agency/team (minimum 2+ people) - Proven experience in AI automation ecosystems (not basic setups) - Strong understanding of: - Chatbots + conversation flows - Voice AI systems - API integrations + automation architecture - Availability in Pacific Time (PST) - Fast execution + proactive thinking --- ### 💰 Compensation - $200 CAD/month per business (retainer) - Scales across multiple businesses - Long-term engagement --- ### ⚠️ Important - No freelancers — agency only - No beginners — we need experienced automation teams - We are looking for a plug-and-play execution partner --- ### 📩 How to Apply Include ALL of the following: 1.
