What You’ll Be Doing: You will be our dedicated technical builder focused entirely on client delivery and fulfillment. When we onboard a new client, you will: 1. Map out and architect backend automation sequences using Make.com and Zapier. 2. Integrate advanced AI workflows by connecting systems directly to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). 3. Cleanly route and structure automated data directly into the client's CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.). What We Look For: - Deep, comprehensive expertise in Make.com, Zapier, and API logic. - Thorough understanding of webhooks, JSON, data parsing, and REST APIs. - Ability to transform a manual business workflow into a flawless, automated AI engine. - High reliability, fast execution, and clear communication. Compensation Structure: Fixed Milestones & Execution We work with high-caliber backend automation engineers who focus purely on technical execution and high-quality system architecture. You build from clear technical briefs, and we handle all client discovery, sales, and account management. Our payout model is structured to directly reward speed, clean code, and execution efficiency: Fixed-Price Milestones ($500 – $1,500 per build): For scoped client setups and multi-agent workflow deployments, we assign deliverables as fixed-price project milestones ranging from $500 to $1,500 per module. You are provided clear requirements and specifications—if you build fast, clean, and reliably, your effective hourly rate increases significantly. Monthly Maintenance Retainers: Once an AI agent system is live, we provide dedicated fixed monthly retainers for active system monitoring, prompt adjustments, and backend API maintenance. Hourly Rate ($18 – $25+/hr): For technical scope evaluation, initial trial tasks, quick bug fixes, or custom REST API troubleshooting, we track hours transparently via Upwork.
