AI Automation & Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking an AI Automation & Business Intelligence Developer to help connect our technology stack, automate workflows, and build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into revenue, operations, hospitality, owner support, marketing, and listing performance. We utilize a growing collection of platforms including PMS(Streamline), revenue management(Pricelabs), guest communication(Besty), accounting, operations(Breezeway), and marketing systems. We are looking for someone who can help bring these systems together and create meaningful reporting, automation, and business intelligence that helps our teams operate more efficiently and make better decisions. Responsibilities Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting Connect systems through APIs and automation platforms Create AI-powered workflows and reporting solutions Automate repetitive processes and manual tasks Develop business intelligence tools and performance reporting Build dashboards for revenue, operations, hospitality, marketing, and owner support teams Support listing performance, search visibility, and optimization reporting Create automated alerts, summaries, and reporting systems Improve data visibility across departments Help identify opportunities for efficiency and automation Preferred Experience Vacation rental, hospitality, hotel, travel, or property management industry experience AI tools and automation platforms Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar workflow tools Dashboard platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Databox, or similar API integrations and data synchronization SQL, databases, and analytics Business intelligence and reporting development Experience integrating data from multiple software platforms Important This is a technical implementation role focused on building systems, automations, dashboards, integrations, and reporting. We already have leadership teams responsible for strategy and decision-making. We are looking for someone who can create the infrastructure and visibility that enables those teams to make better decisions.
