AI Automation & CRM Expert Needed to Streamline Sales, Lead Management & Business Operations

We're looking for an experienced AI Automation and CRM specialist to help us automate our internal business processes and improve our sales workflow. Our company currently uses multiple tools for lead generation, client communication, appointment booking, and follow-up. We want to reduce manual work by building reliable automations and connecting everything into one efficient system. What we need help with - Build AI-powered workflows for repetitive business tasks - Connect our CRM with third-party applications - Automate lead capture, qualification, and routing - Set up follow-up sequences for leads and customers - Automate email, SMS, and notification workflows - Integrate APIs between our software stack - Improve reporting and pipeline visibility - Recommend better automation strategies where appropriate Tools we currently use (or plan to use) GoHighLevel or HubSpot Zapier / Make / n8n OpenAI or Claude APIs Google Workspace Slack Twilio Calendly Airtable Notion Experience with similar tools is a plus, but we're mainly looking for someone who understands automation architecture rather than just one specific platform.
