Automation & CRM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automation & CRM Specialist to enhance our client onboarding process. The role involves setting up automated workflows using GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make.com, and WordPress to streamline client communication and task management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and automation tools to create efficient processes. We are a growing digital marketing agency that builds websites and marketing systems for small and mid-sized businesses. We're looking for someone who loves creating efficient automations and backend systems that ensure no lead or task falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving workflow problems, building scalable systems, and improving client experiences through automation. What You'll Be Doing We're looking for someone who can build and maintain automations such as: Contact forms feeding into CRMs Automated lead routing Email drip campaigns SMS follow-up sequences Internal team notifications Pipeline automation Task creation based on customer actions Client onboarding workflows Proposal and contract automations Calendar booking integrations API integrations when needed Website form troubleshooting Workflow documentation Experience with several of the following is preferred: GoHighLevel HubSpot Zapier Make.com WordPress Gravity Forms Elementor Forms Jotform Calendly Google Workspace Slack Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo Twilio Airtable (bonus)
