AI Automation Consultant for Multifamily Real Estate Deal Flow

We're a multifamily real estate firm looking to automate the repetitive parts of our deal intake process. Right now we manually download documents, file emails, update our pipeline, and run first-pass numbers by hand. We want to eliminate that busywork. Important: This role requires hands-on experience with Claude — specifically Claude Code and connecting APIs. Please only apply if you've built automations using Claude. The workflows we want to automate: - Document capture — Automatically detect and download files (OMs and T-12 financials) from broker emails and links, then save them into the correct Google Drive folders with consistent naming. - Email-to-Drive archiving — Automatically file broker emails and attachments into Google Drive, organized so nothing gets lost. Pipeline automation — Automatically add new deals to our pipeline template and update existing entries as new info comes in. - Quick-screen underwriting — Use Claude to pull key figures from documents and populate our existing underwriting template for a fast first-pass read. What you'll do: -Build workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n, with custom scripts where needed - Use Claude (via API / Claude Code) to extract structured data from PDFs - Integrate Gmail and Google Drive with our templates (Google Sheets / Excel) - Set up sensible triggers and human-review checkpoints so nothing files or calculates incorrectly You're a great fit if you have: - Proven Claude experience — Claude Code and connecting APIs (please share examples) - Strong command of Zapier / Make / n8n plus scripting (Python or JavaScript) - Experience connecting Gmail, Google Drive, and spreadsheets You don't need a real estate background — if you can reliably pull data from PDFs and move it between tools, you can do this.
