We're building software for manufacturing and want to hear from people who've actually lived with this stuff on the floor rather than read about it. Looking for someone who's spent real time in discrete or process plants and has been through a few technology rollouts, the kind where the plan on paper met the reality of the equipment. Doesn't matter how many years, we care about whether you've seen enough to have strong opinions. Mostly we want to ask questions and listen. What actually works, what gets sold to plants that never gets used, and where the real friction is. This starts as short advisory work.
