Automation Developer — Content Workflow (Make.com + LLM APIs)

I run an existing automated content-generation workflow built on Make.com with LLM API integrations. The core system works well and is already in production. I'm hiring a developer to add a few new capabilities and help me optimize the current setup. Full technical detail will be shared one-on-one with shortlisted applicants. About the existing system: The workflow produces long-form written content from a combination of structured inputs and live web research. It's a multi-stage pipeline, running research and verification first, then drafting and quality control, with a human approval checkpoint in the middle. The current stack is Make.com for orchestration, Google Sheets as the control panel and database, Google Docs for output, and LLM APIs (Claude and OpenAI) across the pipeline stages. What I need built: This engagement covers a small set of new modules that plug into the existing pipeline, plus some optimization work. The new work involves two to three new input and processing modules that produce content from different source types than the system currently handles, with the specifics shared privately. Alongside that, I want model optimization work to test which LLMs perform best at each stage and tune for the right balance of output quality and running cost, and structured output evaluation so we can compare different configurations and make evidence-based decisions rather than assumptions. I'm open to better or more elegant approaches throughout. The brief defines the goals; I welcome your input on how best to execute them.
