AI Automation Developer – WhatsApp AI Agent (Groups, Memory & Business Workflows)

We're looking for an experienced AI developer to build an intelligent WhatsApp assistant for a real business. The AI will have its own dedicated WhatsApp number (Business or Personal, depending on the best technical solution). It will be added to WhatsApp group chats as if it were another team member. The goal is for the AI to act as a virtual assistant that helps manage customer conversations and orders directly inside WhatsApp groups. Responsibilities The AI should be able to: -Participate naturally in WhatsApp group conversations. -Understand the context of discussions between staff and customers. -Remember previous conversations and customer information. -Answer customer questions. -Take customer orders. -Confirm delivery addresses. Create or trigger invoices. -Ask follow-up questions when information is missing. -Send payment reminders when appropriate. Track order progress. Escalate conversations to a human when required. Maintain context across multiple conversations instead of treating each message independently. The AI should behave like a reliable team member rather than a simple chatbot. Key Requirement The most important requirement is that the AI can actively participate inside WhatsApp group chats.
