Automation Developer for AI Booking System

We are an automation consultancy designing an operational rollout for a high-end fleet/limousine company. We are selecting a long-term technical partner for the full integration contract next week. Right now, we require a Phase 1 Pitch Asset deliverable within 48 hours. Deliverables: Visual Blueprint: A highly professional flowchart mapping an inbound WhatsApp/SMS booking inquiry through Make.com/Zapier, checking a master calendar, and firing a confirmation. (Miro or Lucidchart preferred). 60-Second Video: A simple screen-share (Loom) showing a dummy chat interface interacting with the automated booking flow in real time. No voiceover needed. Selection Criteria: Fixed $50 milestone.
