Summary

I run a private lending company and use LendingWise as my loan origination system. I’m looking for a developer to build an automated workflow that connects LendingWise with an AI system using webhooks and APIs. The project includes loan file matching against internal criteria, automated borrower communications for document collection, and AI-powered document review. Role-based access controls are also needed, as some information should only be visible to me. This work involves sensitive borrower financial data, so please describe your experience with data security, encryption, and handling PII or financial data under relevant regulations. I’ll share full technical details after a signed NDA. This starts as a fixed-price build with potential for ongoing retainer.
