AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Builder (Part-Time / Remote)
Worldwide
We are looking for a brilliant, part-time AI Automation Engineer and Agent Builder to help us completely eliminate manual work across our business. Our philosophy is simple: if a human is doing a task manually right now, we want an AI agent or an automated workflow handling it instead. This remote position requires roughly fifteen to twenty hours per week, with an intense focus on transforming our manual SEO, content creation, blogging, and operational bottlenecks into autonomous, high-efficiency systems. We do not care about hours logged or clocking in at specific times; we care entirely about the outcomes and systems you build. In this role, you will spend your time designing, deploying, and maintaining custom AI agents that can handle complex, multi-step tasks without human intervention. You will take charge of building end-to-end pipelines for our content engine, including automated keyword research, blog post generation, content optimization, auto-publishing, and automated social media distribution. You will actively audit our current team workflows to find hidden friction points, replacing them with seamless automations using platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8n. This requires you to deeply connect and optimize prompts across various large language models like OpenAI and Claude to ensure our automated output looks human-grade, while continuously monitoring your builds so that APIs do not break and agents do not hallucinate. To thrive in this position, you must be the ultimate optimizer who is actively bothered by repetitive manual labor. You should possess deep technical experience with workflow automation tools, no-code AI frameworks, or custom API integrations. You need to be a master of prompt engineering who knows how to coax exact, repeatable results out of an LLM rather than generic fluff. Because this role heavily impacts our marketing, a solid understanding of how modern blogs and SEO strategy work is essential so you can accurately train the AI to meet high standards. This is a fully remote, highly asynchronous role that is perfect for a sharp developer, freelancer, or side-hustler who wants a high-leverage gig. We move fast, have zero bureaucracy, and will gladly cover the budget for the APIs and automation platforms you need to experiment with the newest tools on the market. If you want to apply, skip the generic cover letter and instead send us a brief description or a quick video showcasing one cool AI agent or automation workflow you have built that saved massive amounts of time.
