AI Automation Engineer – Build AI Social Media Distribution Agents

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer, AI Agent Developer, or Full-Stack Developer to build a scalable AI-powered social media distribution platform. The system will consist of a Master AI Agent and multiple Distribution Agents. Users should be able to upload content into a designated folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS S3, or similar), and the AI should automatically monitor the folder, pull new content, analyze it, categorize it, generate captions, identify trending hashtags, determine which accounts should receive the content, schedule posts, and publish automatically without manual intervention. Each Distribution Agent should be capable of managing up to 35 social media accounts and distributing content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn through API integrations. The system should support high-volume distribution and be capable of publishing up to 3 posts per hour per account (up to 36 posts per day per account) while maintaining unique captions, hashtags, posting schedules, and account-specific content variations. The AI should also track engagement, watch time, reach, shares, saves, follower growth, and use historical performance data to improve future posting decisions automatically.
