AI Automation Engineer — Claude + MCP Integration for Client Intake & CRM Workflow

We run a boutique consulting firm and our intake process is completely manual. Clients fill out a form on our website, someone on our team manually copies the data into HubSpot, creates a folder in Google Drive, sends a welcome email, and notifies the team in Slack. This takes 20-30 minutes per client and we onboard 15-20 new clients a month. We want this entire flow automated and we want Claude connected to HubSpot so our ops team can ask it questions and have it pull or update records without logging into the CRM. What We Need Built Intake automation: Typeform submission triggers the workflow New contact and deal created in HubSpot automatically Google Drive folder created and linked to the HubSpot record Welcome email sent via Gmail Slack notification sent to the ops channel with client summary Claude + HubSpot MCP: Custom MCP server connecting Claude to HubSpot Ops team can ask Claude to pull client records, update deal stages, or generate a summary of a client's history Should work from a simple Slack interface or Claude desktop We use Make.com for automation and are open to n8n if you think it's a better fit for this scope. The MCP server can be Node.js or Python, we don't have a preference.
