AI & Automation Engineer Voice Receptionist & Automated Caller System

I'm building an AI-powered phone system for a healthcare / service business that needs two capabilities working together: AI Receptionist: 24/7 inbound call handler that books appointments, answers FAQs, sends SMS confirmations, and escalates to a human when needed. AI Outbound Caller: automated follow-up and reminder calls to existing clients, with dynamic scripts based on CRM data. The system should feel natural, handle interruptions gracefully, and integrate with a CRM (GoHighLevel or similar). This is not a basic chatbot I need someone who has shipped a real voice AI product before. What I need built: Inbound voice agent (your recommendation solutions welcome) Custom conversation flow: greeting → intent detection → booking / FAQ / escalation Outbound dialer with dynamic scripting from CRM contact fields Webhook integration for appointment confirmation + SMS Call recording, transcript logging, and basic analytics dashboard Handoff logic: warm transfer to human agent when AI confidence is low Nice to have: Experience with healthcare or psychiatry / medical practice workflows n8n or Make.com for automation orchestration Multilingual support (English primary)
