AI Automation Engineer | Long-Term Opportunity We’re building an AI-powered recruiting platform for our residential and commercial cleaning company, with the long-term vision of evolving it into a scalable B2B SaaS platform for service businesses. We’re looking for a developer who enjoys solving complex automation challenges and can help transform a product vision into production-ready software. What You’ll Be Building * Candidate sourcing and data ingestion pipelines using compliant data sources and integrations * AI-powered candidate qualification workflows * Automated communication workflows via SMS, email, and other approved channels * AI video interview integrations (HeyGen or similar) * GoHighLevel CRM integrations * Dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation * A scalable backend architecture designed for future SaaS expansion Our goal is to automate as much of the recruiting process as practical while maintaining high-quality hiring decisions. Required Skills * Python * REST API integrations * AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) * Workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.) * Database design * Clean, maintainable code * Strong problem-solving skills Bonus Experience * AI agents * Backend architecture * CRM integrations * Recruiting technology * SaaS development * Startup environments Who We’re Looking For We value builders who can think beyond individual tasks.
