AI Automation Expert Needed to Build Workflow & Process Automations

We're looking for an experienced AI automation specialist to help us streamline repetitive business processes and build intelligent workflows that save our team time. What you'll do: Design and build automations that connect our existing tools (CRM, email, Slack, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.) Integrate AI models (OpenAI / Claude / other LLMs) into workflows for tasks like data extraction, summarization, content generation, and lead qualification Set up triggers, multi-step logic, error handling, and notifications Document each workflow clearly so our team can maintain it Recommend the best tools and approach for each use case Ideal candidate has: Proven experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), and/or n8n Hands-on work with OpenAI / Claude APIs and prompt engineering Experience connecting APIs and using webhooks Ability to translate business problems into reliable automations Strong communication and clear documentation habits Nice to have: Experience with Airtable, HubSpot, or similar platforms Light scripting (Python / JavaScript) for custom steps To apply, please include: 2–3 examples of automations you've built (with the outcome/time saved) The tools you're most comfortable with We have ongoing work for the right person.
