AI Automation Expert Needed: Lead Capture, Outbound Personalization & CRM Cleanup

1. Lead Capture & Enrichment When a new lead comes in from our website forms / ad campaigns, I want it automatically enriched (company info, role, etc., open to your recommendation on tools like Clay or Apollo) and scored so we know if it's worth a rep's time. Hot leads should route straight to our team, cold ones go into a nurture flow. 2. Outbound Personalization We send cold outbound to small lists (50–200 prospects at a time). I want AI to research each prospect briefly and write a personalized opening line or short email, not generic templates, then push it into our sending tool (we use Instantly, open to switching if you have a better recommendation). 3. CRM Hygiene & Auto-Updates Our CRM (GoHighLevel) is a mess: duplicate contacts, missing fields, stale deals that never get updated. I want an automation that cleans duplicates, fills in missing data where possible, and flags/moves deals that have gone quiet.
