Automation Expert – Take Over & Maintain Existing Automation Workflows

Summary We're looking for an experienced Automation Expert to take over the maintenance and ongoing support of our existing automation workflows. The system is already built and running—we need someone who can quickly understand the current setup, troubleshoot issues, make improvements when needed, and ensure everything continues to run reliably. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with existing automation systems. Tech Stack Shopify Airtable Softr Zest Make.com Monday.com Responsibilities Take ownership of our existing automation workflows Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow issues Maintain integrations between all platforms Update workflows as business requirements evolve Ensure data remains accurate and synchronized Optimize existing automations for reliability and performance Document changes and maintain clear workflow documentation Recommend improvements and best practices when appropriate Requirements Strong experience with Make.com Hands-on experience with Shopify, Airtable, Softr, and Monday.com Experience troubleshooting APIs, webhooks, and automation failures Ability to understand and work within an existing system Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Nice to Have Experience with JavaScript in Make.com REST API integration experience AI automation experience E-commerce workflow experience To Apply Please include: 2–3 examples of similar automation maintenance or support projects Your experience with the platforms listed above A brief explanation of how you typically take over an existing automation system Your availability and estimated weekly hours We're looking for a long-term partner to keep our automation ecosystem running smoothly and support future enhancements as needed.
