Automation Expert for Lead Follow-Up

We run a small HVAC company in Arizona (3 trucks, growing). Right now leads come in from our website form, Google calls, and Facebook ads, and honestly it's a mess. When we're out on jobs we miss calls and a lot of those people just call the next company. By the time we call back they've already booked someone else. What I think we need (open to your ideas): When we miss a call, the caller automatically gets a text back right away so they don't feel ignored All leads from every source landing in one place so nothing slips through — we use Airtable a little but it's not set up right Some kind of follow-up so if someone doesn't book, they get a reminder a day or two later Maybe a way to see which lead sources actually turn into jobs We're not super technical. I need someone who can set this up, explain it to me in normal words, and not leave us with something that breaks the second you're gone. Bonus if you can show me how to make small changes myself later. We use: Airtable, Google Voice for the business line, Calendly for booking, and our website is on Wix.
