AI Automation Project Manager

SmartAid AI (www.smartaid.ai) is hiring a Technical Project Manager to help organize, coordinate, and oversee automation and software-related projects. This role is responsible for: • communicating with developers • organizing project tasks • tracking execution • maintaining project momentum and ensuring projects are completed properly and on time. You will act as the bridge between business operations and technical execution. A major part of this role is converting kickoff information, workflow requirements, and client objectives into clear developer-ready execution plans. This is NOT a passive admin role. We are looking for someone who can: • think clearly • organize projects properly • break down work into actionable tasks and help move technical projects forward efficiently. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for: • Communicating directly with developers • Creating and organizing project tasks and deliverables • Translating client requirements into developer-ready execution plans • Reviewing kickoff recordings, intake forms, and workflow documentation • Tracking project progress, blockers, and deadlines • Managing project organization, documentation, and handoff bundles • Overseeing QA review before client delivery • Protecting project scope and documenting change requests • Maintaining accountability and follow-through across projects You should be comfortable managing: • multiple moving parts • technical conversations • changing priorities • and structured workflows. IMPORTANT This role is NOT focused on coding. However, you MUST be comfortable: • working with developers • understanding technical project flow • and organizing technical tasks clearly. You do NOT need to be a senior developer, but experience around: • automation systems • workflows • APIs/webhooks • AI tools • or software project structures is strongly preferred. This role requires strong operational thinking and documentation discipline. You will be expected to maintain organized project records, workflows, QA checkpoints, and developer handoff structures.
