AI Automation & RPA Expert – Automate Workflows & Invoicing (Hostaway, Monday.com, Operto)

Job Description We are looking for a top-tier Automation & AI Engineer to build a fully hands-free operational ecosystem. Our goal is to eliminate manual data entry across our business. We need someone who can connect our core platforms (Hostaway, Operto, and Monday.com, OTA+, Xero) to automate massive, multi-step task workflows and handle automated invoicing. Crucially, some of the software we use does not have an API. You must be able to build visual AI agents or RPA bots capable of navigating, reading screens, and interacting with user interfaces exactly like a human would. Key Projects Include: * Automated Invoicing: Pull data out of Operto and Hostaway to instantly generate and dispatch invoices across systems. * Task & Project Management Sync: Connect Hostaway and Operto to a database so tasks, guest details, and operational alerts update automatically. * Visual AI Agent Development: Build smart bots to handle workflows inside software that lacks an API, using computer vision/UI automation. * End-to-End Reliability: Build a hybrid system where traditional API connections and visual AI bots talk to each other seamlessly with robust error handling. What We Need From You: * You will evaluate our current software setup and recommend the right technology stack (whether that involves standard middleware, custom scripts, or specific AI/RPA platforms). * You must have proven experience building both API-based integrations and screen-navigating visual AI agents.
