AI Automation Specialist (Full-Time)

Details about the position: - $1000 to $2000 USD per month! - Work from home! - 9AM to 6PM Eastern Time - Monday to Friday! ------------------------ REQUIREMENTS - Fully fluent in English, both spoken and written. - Previous experience building automations using Make, Zapier or n8n. - Previous experience using an AI coding agent such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc. You should be comfortable using coding agents to work on repos inside GitHub, make changes, troubleshoot issues, and confirm that the final result works correctly. A significant part of this role will involve using coding agents to build and improve reusable skills, instructions, and workflows that will be used by AI agents. - Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, basic scripts, and AI-agent tools such as MCP servers. You do not need to be an expert in every term listed above. The more you understand, the better, but we can teach specific tools if you have strong fundamentals. We do not require you to know how to code, but it is a bonus. You do not need to be a professional software developer, but you should understand how different tools communicate with each other and be able to troubleshoot integrations when something goes wrong. Preferred, but not required: - Previous programming or software-development experience - Experience writing or modifying scripts - Experience with Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Airtable, ClickUp, or GoHighLevel - Experience with AI image and video tools such as GPT Image, Kling, Seedance, Grok Imagine, or similar models - Experience with agents such as Hermes and OpenClaw You do not need experience with every tool we use. We can teach you our specific systems and workflows, but you must already have hands-on experience with AI coding agents, automation platforms, and AI-powered workflows. ------------------------ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Your main responsibility would be to automate repetitive processes in the company using mainly AI agents, and some Make/Zapier automations as well. Common examples might look like: - Building and improving AI-agent skills, instructions, and workflows. - Automating the generation of AI ads using image/video AI models. - Automating the onboarding of new clients. - Automating some of our copywriter's tasks. - Automating the tracking of all our data. We already have A LOT of automations + AI workflows set up - you'd be coming into an already existing system.
