AI Automation Specialist – HubSpot CRM & Sales Pipeline Workflows

We're looking for an experienced automation specialist to streamline our HubSpot CRM and sales pipeline processes using AI-driven workflows. The goal is to reduce manual data entry, improve lead routing, and create smarter follow-up sequences across our sales operations. Scope of work includes: Auditing our current HubSpot setup (pipelines, deal stages, properties, workflows) Building automated workflows for lead scoring, routing, and stage progression Setting up AI-assisted enrichment and data cleanup for incoming leads Automating follow-up sequences and internal notifications for sales reps Integrating HubSpot with other tools in our stack (e.g., n8n, Make.com, or Zapier) where useful Documenting the final setup so our team can maintain it going forward Ideal candidate has: Proven experience building HubSpot workflows and managing sales pipelines Hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, or Zapier) Understanding of AI tools for enrichment, scoring, or content generation within CRM workflows Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical setups in plain language Portfolio or case studies of similar CRM automation projects Please include in your proposal: relevant HubSpot/automation experience, a brief outline of how you'd approach this project, and your estimated timeline.
