You will own our GoHighLevel ecosystem. Everything that happens after a lead enters our system is yours: the workflows she moves through, the emails and texts she receives, whether they arrive, whether they work, and whether we can see what happened. This is an ownership role. You are not waiting for tasks. What you own Workflows and automation Build, optimize, and maintain workflows in GoHighLevel. Conditional logic, tagging, segmentation, pipelines. You set the naming convention and you enforce it, so anyone can look at the account and know what is live, what is retired, and what it does. Email and SMS sequences Nurture and sales sequences, AI-assisted, in our brand voice. Correct send windows and no duplicate or overlapping sends. Email deliverability Diagnose it, then execute the fix. Authentication, warm-up ramp, send volume schedule, list hygiene, re-engagement, suppression. We have received plenty of audits. We need the person who runs the plan. Funnel and landing pages in GHL Build and update opt-in pages, upsell and order bump pages, and thank you pages. Form-to-workflow connections that actually fire. AI agents Create, improve, and maintain AI agents and AI-assisted follow-up. QA before launch Test every workflow before it goes live. Timing, send windows, duplicate sends, tag logic, and whether the person on the other end actually receives what we sent her. Reporting on what you own Without being asked, on a set cadence: opt-in rate on every live funnel page, email open, click, reply, and unsubscribe rates, sequence performance, and upsell and order bump conversion. If a number moves the wrong way, you tell us before we ask and you come with a recommendation. SOPs Clear, step-by-step documentation for every system you build, written so a non-technical person can follow it. Written without being prompted. Non-negotiables Track your time as you work. Required experience Proven hands-on GoHighLevel experience: workflows, pipelines, funnels, forms Strong command of CRM logic, tagging, segmentation, and conditional branching Real email deliverability experience including authentication and warm-up, not just theory Experience using AI tools for automation and messaging Clear, consistent system documentation Strong problem solving and attention to detail Helpful, not required: coaching programs, memberships, or live events. Zapier or Make. Evergreen funnels and webinars. Lovable, HeyGen, or similar. Schedule and terms 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. These are live overlap hours on a US Eastern schedule. Confirm you can genuinely hold them before applying. Monday huddle at 9:00 AM EST is required. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9:30 AM EST are expected.
