Automation + Web App Developer for Coaching System (Make.com, Telegram, Claude API, Google Sheets)

MA30 Coaching System — Automation + Web App Build I run a 1:1 online bodybuilding coaching business and I'm building an integrated system to let me scale from ~10 to 25–60 clients without scaling my workload. I have a detailed brief attached — please read it before bidding, as it explains the full scope, the milestones, and one non-negotiable technical requirement. The build has four connected components: A mobile-first web app where clients log their gym workouts, which reads each client's program dynamically from a Google Sheet (must work for any client without code changes) An AI Telegram assistant (Claude API) that answers client questions in my voice and sends me draft check-in responses to approve Make.com automations connecting Tally, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Stripe A Notion client dashboard (full build — I'm not technical) The single most important requirement: the system must read each client's Google Sheet program dynamically — never hard-coded. I add new clients with different programs (3, 4, or 6 training days) and nothing should break. There's an acceptance test for this in the brief (Section 2) that must pass before final payment. How I'd like to work: Milestone-based, paid as each piece is demonstrated working Clear communication, plain language (I'm not a developer) Scoped, time-limited access to my systems with credentials rotated on completion (security matters to me) To bid, please answer the 8 questions in Section 11 of the attached brief.
