AI Automation Workflow Specialist

About Us: We are a fast-growing AI-first B2B business development agency running a heavily automated backend across outreach, fulfilment, reporting, and operations. We already use automation extensively. Now we're scaling, and we need someone who can build, maintain, and expand our automation systems. The Role: We are hiring an AI / Automation Workflow Specialist to join the team. Your core job is simple: Build automations. Improve systems. Fix what breaks. Repeat. You'll be responsible for building new workflows, improving existing ones, and integrating AI tools into our operations. This is not a one-off project; it's an ongoing role for someone who wants to grow with a high-performance team. What You'll Be Doing: Building AI-driven workflows and automations across the business Creating multi-step systems that run without human input Connecting platforms, APIs, and data sources Continuously improving and optimising existing workflows Troubleshooting and repairing automations when they break Implementing new AI tools, models, and systems as they emerge Supporting internal operations, outreach, reporting, and fulfilment through automation Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable): You must have real, hands-on experience with: n8n Zapier, Make, or comparable automation platforms Building end-to-end automation workflows Working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations Using AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) inside workflows A demonstrable track record of live, working automations is essential. If you have only tinkered, do not apply. Nice to Have (Bonus): GoHighLevel experience (significant advantage given our stack) Coding or software engineering background Experience building AI agents or advanced AI workflows Strong understanding of business operations and how automation fits into them Coding is not a requirement. What matters is that you genuinely understand how to architect a workflow and can be trusted to build something that holds up.
